
North Shore Sun ships most orders via USPS. Orders generally take 3 to 5 business days for processing. Orders that are monogrammed will take approximately 5 to 7 additional business days. Here at North Shore Sun we strive to fulfill orders as soon as possible. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, items periodically may become backordered or out of stock without our notice. In the event that this takes place, you will be contacted about the estimated delivery time. If your order is backordered or items are out of stock for more than 45 days, you may choose to receive a refund, under these circumstances ONLY!
Our standard return policy here at North Shore Sun is STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGES! We DO NOT issue REFUNDS! Defective merchandise must be reported to North Shore Sun via e-mail (info@northshoresun.net) within 48 hours upon delivery of your order. We advise you to order very carefully, especially when ordering monogrammed and engraved items. We cannot issue you a credit or exchange for any item(s) that have been monogrammed, used or worn. Store Credits and Exchanges may be made within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Store Credit must be redeemed within 90 days.
